TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via the Sense Sisters online shop.
Conditions that contradict or deviate from the terms and conditions will not be recognized.

2. Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with "Sense Sisters GbR".

3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding online catalog. Clicking the button "order with obligation to pay" triggers a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The receipt of the order is confirmed by email immediately after the order has been sent and represents the acceptance of the contract.

A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
a) If you have chosen the payment method "PayPal", the contract is concluded at the time of the confirmation of the payment order to PayPal.
b) If you have chosen the "credit card" payment method, the contract is concluded when the credit card is charged.
c) If you have chosen the payment method "against prepayment" (bank transfer), the contract is concluded at the time the invoice amount is credited to the Sense Sisters business account at Commerzbank.

4. Shipping costs
Within Germany, the usual shipping costs of 4.80 are calculated and shipping is free for orders of 50 euros or more. The buyer bears the costs of shipping abroad.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

a) "PayPal": The invoice amount is paid via the online provider PayPal (includes buyer protection). To do this, however, you have to be registered there or you have to register, legitimize with the access data and confirm the payment order to Sense Sisters.

b) "Credit card": The credit card is charged when the order is completed.

c) "Against payment in advance" (bank transfer / Klarna): After the order process has been completed, you will automatically receive an email with details of my bank details. If advance payment has been agreed, the transfer (i.e. payment) of the invoice amount must be made immediately after the contract has been concluded and the confirmation email has been received.

d) "On collection": As an additional option, we also offer collection by the customer (by appointment). In such a case, the goods will be handed over train and train against cash payment.

6. Prices and terms of payment
The prices given are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and the buyer will be billed.

7. Delivery and shipping conditions
The delivery of goods takes place regularly on the dispatch route and to the delivery address specified by the buyer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address given in the seller's checkout process is decisive. If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer exercises his right of revocation by refusing to accept, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the The seller had announced the performance to him a reasonable time in advance. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-delivery. This only applies in the event that the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery and the seller has concluded a specific hedging transaction with the supplier with due care. The seller will make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. In the event of the unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be reimbursed.

8. Liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

9. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Sense Sisters until they have been paid for in full.

10. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

12. Applicable law and contract language
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international purchase of movable goods. In the case of consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn. The contract language is German.
